There are converging challenges in the design of Industry 4.0 production infrastructure and Smart City systems. Increased complexity requires new design approaches that are heavily supported by modern modeling and automation approaches.
The focus of the project is to define system design support requirements, to create a functional modeling of state of the art support capabilities and development roadmap and to implement the results in a commercial engineering design environment.
The project is funded by Innovationsfonden and executed by DTU Management, DTU Mechanics and CBS in collaboration with NCC.
